Refuge Temple Outreach Ministry, Powerhouse of Deliverance, Inc. is a non-denominational church founded May 10th, 2009 by Pastor Mary E. Cozart Stovall. The church was incorporated in October of 2009.
RTOM encompasses a family environment and strives to promote encouragement, community enrichment, education, and empowerment through nurturing Christian values. We believe not only does God speak to us through our services, but he also speaks to each and every one of us. Developing a real and lasting relationship with God receives our highest priority while fostering Christian values to enhance our daily lives. Whether you are a church goer or don't attend church often, we pray you will seek "refuge" (Psalms 46), visit, and fellowship with us.
